RETURNS
Understandably, we do not accept returns of any physical (or digital) music format. ALL SALES ARE FINAL excluding unworn/unwashed apparel and accessory items.
EXCHANGES
Apparel and accessory items (excluding music items such as compact discs, vinyl records, cassette tapes, digital formats, etc. as stated above) may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Apparel items must be unworn and unwashed.
INCOMPLETE ORDERS
Contact us within a week of receiving your order. If an item is missing, we will ship it out right away.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged product(s) via email at [email protected]. We allow 7 days from your order's arrival date to notify us of an issue and 30 days from the original purchase date to RECEIVE your return item.
RETURN/EXCHANGE LIMITATIONS
Return orders are eligible for store credit up to 30 days from original purchase. We need to receive your returned item(s) within that time frame. We are no longer responsible for order issues that are not resolved after 30 days. Please notify us immediately of any issues so they can be addressed in a timely manner to best serve you.
